3. 支付与计费

确认购买后，费用将通过您的 Apple ID 账户 扣款。

4. 自动续期
《梦幻钓鱼》所有订阅均为 自动续期 类型：
订阅将持续有效，直至您取消。
续订费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内 收取。
续订价格为订阅产品的当前标准价格。若价格调整，将按第 4.3 节提前通知。
取消后，订阅在当前付费周期内仍然有效，到期后不再续期。未使用的时间不提供部分退款。
删除 App 不会取消订阅，您必须通过对应平台账户设置取消。
4.1 续订通知
为保障您的知情权，我们将通过以下渠道发送续订提醒：
平台官方通知： Google Play / App Store 在续订前通过推送、邮件或短信提醒
游戏内通知： 在续订前 3 天通过游戏内弹窗提醒
通知内容明确包含：续订价格、续订日期与扣费时间、一键取消路径、客服联系方式。
4.2 取消订阅
您可以随时免费取消订阅，无任何隐藏步骤。取消后权益持续至当前周期结束。

6. 退款政策
重要提示：取消订阅 ≠ 退款
• 取消订阅：仅停止未来的自动续费，当前周期费用不退，权益持续至周期结束。
• 申请退款：追回已扣款项，需单独提交退款申请。两者是独立的操作。
6.1 Google Play 平台
根据 Google Play 官方退款政策：
订阅退款（首次购买）：
首次订阅购买后 48 小时 内，可通过 Google Play 申请退款。
超过 48 小时后，Google Play 可能不再提供直接退款，取消订阅仅能停止后续续费，不会退还当前周期已扣费用。
如需追回超过 48 小时的扣款，建议联系 Google Play 客服或开发者协商处理，是否退款由 Google 根据具体情况裁定。

4. Auto-Renewal

After cancellation, the subscription remains valid for the current paid period and will not renew upon expiry. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

12. Service Termination
User-initiated termination: Canceling the subscription or the subscription period ending without renewal.
We-initiated termination: You violate these Terms, the user agreement, or platform policies (e.g., cheating, account sharing); account suspected of fraud; regulatory requirements to remove the service.
Force majeure termination: Natural disasters, government policy changes, or unfixable technical failures.
Upon termination: Subscription benefits become invalid, and data processing follows the Privacy Policy. A pro-rata refund of unused subscription fees (calculated by days) is provided only when service termination is due to our fault.

3. 付款與計費
3.1 Google Play 平台
確認購買後，費用將透過您的 Google Play 帳號扣款。
支援信用卡/借記卡、Google Pay 帳號餘額、禮品卡等付款方式。
3.2 Apple App Store 平台
確認購買後，費用將透過您的 Apple ID 帳號扣款。
付款方式由 Apple 管理，我們不收集或儲存您的付款資訊。
4. 自動續期
《夢幻釣魚》所有訂閱均為 自動續期 型：
訂閱將持續有效，直至您取消。
續訂費用將在當前週期結束前 24 小時內 收取。
續訂價格為訂閱產品的當前標準價格。若價格調整，將按第 4.3 節提前通知。
取消後，訂閱在當前付費週期內仍然有效，到期後不再續期。未使用的時間不提供部分退款。
刪除 App 不會取消訂閱，您必須透過對應平台帳號設定取消。
4.1 續訂通知
為保障您的知情權，我們將透過以下管道發送續訂提醒：
平台官方通知： Google Play / App Store 在續訂前透過推播、電子郵件或簡訊提醒
遊戲內通知： 在續訂前 3 天透過遊戲內彈窗提醒
通知內容明確包含：續訂價格、續訂日期與扣費時間、一鍵取消路徑、客服聯絡方式。
4.2 取消訂閱
您可以隨時免費取消訂閱，無任何隱藏步驟。取消後權益持續至當前週期結束。

點擊 取消訂閱（或關閉自動續期）
重要提示： 您必須在下次續訂扣費前至少 24 小時 完成取消，才能避免被收取續訂費用。
Google Play 示例：若訂閱到期日為 1 月 3 日，Google 將在 1 月 2 日 00:00-23:59 之間扣費，您需在 1 月 1 日 23:59:59 前完成取消。若在扣費後 24 小時內發現未及時取消，可根據第 5 節申請退款。
4.3 價格變更機制
如果我們需要調整訂閱價格，將遵循以下程序：
歐盟地區： 提前至少 60 天通知
其他國家/地區： 提前至少 30 天通知
通知方式： 平台官方管道 + 遊戲內顯著彈窗雙重通知
您需在價格變更生效前明確接受新價格，否則訂閱將自動取消
價格變更僅適用於續訂時，當前訂閱期內的價格保持不變
5. 優惠方案
5.1 首次訂閱半價優惠

6. 退款政策
重要提示：取消訂閱 ≠ 退款
• 取消訂閱：僅停止未來的自動續費，當前週期費用不退，權益持續至週期結束。
• 申請退款：追回已扣款項，需單獨提交退款申請。兩者是獨立的操作。
6.1 Google Play 平台
根據 Google Play 官方退款政策：
訂閱退款（首次購買）：
首次訂閱購買後 48 小時 內，可透過 Google Play 申請退款。
超過 48 小時後，Google Play 可能不再提供直接退款，取消訂閱僅能停止後續續費，不會退還當前週期已扣費用。
如需追回超過 48 小時的扣款，建議聯繡 Google Play 客服或開發者協商處理，是否退款由 Google 根據具體情況裁定。
退款處理時間： 審核通常需 1-4 個工作日，通過後 3-7 個工作日返還至原付款方式。退款成功後未到期權益立即終止（已領取的虛擬道具不回收）。
以下情況 Google Play 可能拒絕退款：
超過退款申請時限
已充分使用訂閱服務
頻繁申請退款被系統判定為濫用
涉嫌詐騙、帳號濫用或違反 Google 政策
6.2 Apple App Store 平台
所有購買均為最終交易且不可退款，除非適用法律或 Apple 退款政策另有規定。
如需退款，請直接透過reportaproblem.apple.com聯繡 Apple 客服。
我們無法處理透過 App Store 進行的購買退款。
6.3 特殊協助
在以下情況下，我們將主動協助您申請退款或提供補償：
因遊戲技術故障導致訂閱權益無法使用
因系統錯誤導致重複扣費、誤扣費
其他合理情況（需提供相關證明，我們將積極配合）
7. 訂閱權益變更
訂閱權益在購買後即時生效，僅可在訂閱有效期內使用。
我們保留修改、新增或移除訂閱權益的權利。
重大變更（如減少核心權益）：提前 30 天透過遊戲內彈窗 + 電子郵件通知。
優化類變更（如增加額外獎勵）：無需提前通知，但將在更新日誌中說明。
您若不同意變更，可在變更生效前取消訂閱。
如果我們停止提供某一訂閱方案，您當前的有效訂閱將持續至當前計費週期結束。
8. 資格與限制
您須年滿 13 歲（或您所在地區適用的數位同意年齡）方可購買訂閱。
訂閱僅供個人、非商業用途使用。
訂閱權益不可轉讓，不可在不同平台帳號之間共享。
如果您違反我們的服務條款或從事詐騙活動，我們有權暫停或終止您的訂閱。
9. 虛擬物品與遊戲貨幣
訂閱權益可能包含虛擬物品、遊戲貨幣（金幣、鑽石）及專屬內容（合稱“虛擬物品”）。虛擬物品：
不具有現實世界的貨幣價值，不可兑換現金。
以有限、非獨佔、可撤銷的方式授權您使用。
可能在遊戲更新中被修改或移除。除非法律另有規定，被移除或修改的虛擬物品不予補償。
10. 隱私與資料
我們將根據隱私權政策收集和處理您的個人資料。
Google Play： 訂閱計費由 Google 處理，我們不收集或儲存您的付款資訊。
Apple App Store： 訂閱計費完全由 Apple 處理，我們不收集或儲存您的付款資訊。Apple 與我們之間共享的訂閱狀態資訊僅用於向您提供訂閱權益。
11. 免責聲明與責任限制
訂閱服務按“現況”提供，不作任何明示或默示擔保。
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因您使用訂閱服務產生的任何間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損害承擔責任。
我們對任何與訂閱相關的索賀承擔的總責任，不超過您在索賀前 12 個月內為本訂閱支付的費用總額。
12. 服務終止
用戶主動終止： 取消訂閱或訂閱期結束未續訂。
我們主動終止： 您違反本條款、用戶協議或平台政策（如作弊、帳號共享）；帳號涉嫌詐騙；監管要求下架服務。
不可抗力終止： 自然災害、政府政策變更、技術故障無法修復。
終止後：訂閱權益失效，資料處理遵循隱私權政策。僅在服務終止係我方過錯時，退邀未使用部分的訂閱費用（按天數折算）。
13. 條款變更
我們可能不時更新本條款，修改後透過遊戲內彈窗 + 平台通知公示。
變更生效後繼續使用訂閱服務，即表示您接受更新後的條款。
如您不同意更新後的條款，須在下一個續期日前取消訂閱。
14. 適用法律與爭議解決
適用法律： 本條款的解釋與執行以您購買訂閱所在應用商店（Google Play 或 Apple App Store）的適用政策及當地法律為準。
爭議解決：
協商優先：若發生爭議，可先透過客服信箱協商解決（回應時限 24 小時）
投訴管道：協商不成，可向所在地區的消費者保護機構或 Google Play / Apple 投訴平台投訣
法律途徑：若需法律救濟，以當地適用法律及有管轄權的法院為準
